- Products Terms 2(e): a product provided for "evaluation," "trial," or similar temporary-use purposes may be used only for internal demonstration, test or evaluation, not for production or commercial purposes.
- Commercial rules
- Period specified by Gigamon, or 30 days if none is specified (Products Terms). Hardware must be returned and software destroyed within 30 days after the period; unreturned hardware is invoiced at the agreed or then-current list price. No right to Support. The Licensing Guide describes 60-day evaluation licences for GigaVUE-OS, GigaSMART and bundle licences, and GigaVUE-FM evaluation licences (45 or 60 days in different passages of the same guide); a perpetual licence obtained after an evaluation licence overwrites it.
