- Enterprise Agreement E512S (August 21, 2026): Customer may use, copy and Deploy EA Products up to the quantities in the EA Addendum for the EA term, within the United States and listed territories; on expiration after full payment, perpetual licenses of Deployed EA Products in the final Deployment Report and Rolled-In Software continue under the Master Agreement, no additional copies may be Deployed, and all term and subscription licenses terminate; maintenance lapses unless ordered, with back maintenance fees to reinstate.
