- Subscription Agreement s.12.2: each Dynatrace Platform and Support subscription renews automatically for the greater of the expiring term or one year unless either party gives notice at least 60 days before expiry; s.7.5 caps the renewal increase.
- Commercial rules
- Uplift Cap applied to the highest annualized fee level, unit prices and minimum annual commitment of the preceding term: 8% (1-year renewal), 9% (2-year) or 10% (3-year). Renewals with fewer units, lower volume, shorter term or lower commitment are re-priced without the cap.
