- Supplement to Ziffer 8.2: DATEV may adjust Fachmodule prices at most once a year to market conditions, procurement costs or VAT changes.
- Commercial rules
- An increase may come at the earliest twelve months after the last one on the affected service, is announced at least two months ahead, and the customer may cancel the affected service within one month of the announcement. DATEV's own notice period is also one month in these cases.
