- Usage Commit Terms: the Universal Usage Commitment ("UUC") "is the total commitment that you make in your Order for the use of Databricks Data + AI Platform Services and/or Databricks Powered Services (e.g. Azure Databricks)", which may be allocated between Specified Commitments.

- Specified Commitments: AWS Direct Commit, AWS Marketplace Commit, GCP Direct Commit, GCP Marketplace Commit, SAP Commit, Azure Commit and Flexible Commit. Usage beyond the commitment on AWS or Google Cloud is Burst Usage invoiced monthly in arrears; any unpaid commitment at the end of the Term is due as a True-up Payment. Discounts grow with commitment size (pricing page).
