- With COMSOL Compiler the licensee may create Compiled Applications and distribute them under a perpetual, nonexclusive, worldwide licence, provided users accept the COMSOL Runtime License Agreement.

- Compiled Applications may run on any machine or network regardless of whether it contains COMSOL software, but may not replace an NSL, CPU, FNL or CKL for developing Models or Applications.
