- Blackbaud Integrated Payments lets customers accept credit card, debit card and ACH payments through a Blackbaud-designated Processor under the Payments Terms and the Processor Agreement.
- Commercial rules
- Payment Services Fees apply to all BBIP transactions per the Fee Schedule or written agreement, are set off from processed funds or debited by ACH, and can be amended by Blackbaud with revised fees applying 30 days after posting. Per-transaction limit USD 50,000 unless pre-approved. Blackbaud may require a reserve account. The Payments Terms prevail over the Solutions Agreement for Payment Services.
