- Policy under which Subscriptions are set to auto-renew and the customer may cancel effective only on the next renewal date.
- Commercial rules
- Cancellation must be given no later than 45 days before the end of the current term, by replying to the renewal email or emailing the cancellations mailbox. Agreements do not permit cancellation effective within the term except for uncured material breach. Data is lost on the effective date of cancellation or expiry unless extracted or requested at least 30 days earlier.
