- With Complete Cover, Blackbaud accepts responsibility for processing fees up to a Coverage Maximum of USD 3,000 (or equivalent); the customer is responsible for standard fees above it, and amounts given by donors through Complete Cover are retained by Blackbaud and are not charitable donations. With Donor Cover, the additional amounts are retained by the customer. Blackbaud may modify or discontinue the programmes at any time.
