- Equipment Exhibit: "Equipment Maintenance" means the equipment maintenance service provided to Customer by Licensor under the Agreement and according to Licensor's maintenance and support policy for the applicable Equipment.

- No maintenance is provided for Equipment unless an Order Form says so. Where maintenance is ordered it renews automatically for one-year periods unless Customer gives at least 90 days notice.
