- The paid ACU pool for the contract term, optionally split across products by a Server Admin or Catalog Admin.
- Commercial rules
- Allocations must add up to exactly the pool and each allocation cannot be below the amount already used. Reaching an allocation is a hard stop for that product while pool remains. Per-product warnings at 70%, 80% and 90%; pool banners at 80%, 90% and exhaustion. If the entire pool is consumed the customer contacts the account team to increase it.
