- Help centre: Lite Seats give users limited access to WRITER without a Pro Seat. They are included with the WRITER subscription at no additional cost and each Lite user receives an individual monthly credit allocation of 30 US dollars.

- Lite users use an individual monthly credit balance that is not shared and does not roll over. They cannot hold org-scoped roles, cannot access AI Studio, team or org settings, are limited to the Team Member role and can run no more than one concurrent agent session. A user whose domain is claimed may join as a Lite user automatically through domain discovery.
