- WKUK/WKIR T&Cs cl. 2.1: “User Entitlement”, “Quantity” or “QTY” means the agreed number of authorised Software users, counted per product by PCs the Software is loaded on or workstations accessing it, concurrent users, named users, or other quantities such as clients or portfolios.
- Counting rules
- The counting basis differs by product: PCs or workstations (for example CCH Accounts Production), concurrent users (for example CCH Personal Tax), named users (for example CCH Practice Management), or volumes such as clients per format or tax returns updated. Copies of the software are unrestricted provided usage does not exceed the User Entitlement.
- Floors / minimums
- Reductions are only permitted with at least 12 weeks written notice before the end of a Minimum Term or Year, and prices are recalculated at prevailing rates.
