- Counting rules
- The Unit level is selected per Service in the Order. The customer pays for the full amount of selected Units whether or not it uses them, and unused Units do not roll over.
- Floors / minimums
- No mid-term change of Unit level unless the Order says otherwise; changes only at renewal with 30 days written notice.
