- eLearning subscriptions, tracks, and seat usage: a subscription has a certain number of allocated seats; if the organisation subscribes to both tracks (eLearning and eLearning Awareness), each subscription has a separate number of allocated seats.
- Counting rules
- A seat is allocated when a track is assigned but used only when the learner accesses a course. A seat in use stays with the learner until the end of the subscription period (or subscription year, where a three-year subscription is split into years). A learner can hold one track.
