- Definition
- Time-based usage is measured in usage minutes, based on a user's activity. Any user activity starts a 10-minute usage block.
- Counting rules
- Further activity inside the block adds no consumption, the first click after the block starts the next 10-minute block, and each user is counted separately: 10 users active for the same 10 minutes count as 100 usage minutes. Only user-initiated actions count; scheduled sends, automatic SpotIQ analyses and indexing do not.
- Floors / minimums
- Minimum charge is one 10-minute block per user session start. Usage during implementation and training before go-live also consumes minutes.
