- Unit of measure under consumption-based pricing: "A credit is a unit of measure you use to pay for using ThoughtSpot to get insights from your data." Credits are consumed by query-based or time-based usage.
- Counting rules
- Each active ThoughtSpot user consumes credits. Activities that consume credits include searches, viewing or editing Liveboards and Answers, creating and editing Models, administrative changes, Spotter interactions and Analyst Studio usage and dataset loads. Each cluster has one pricing model.

- Query-based credits are bought as base credit packages (one year each); flexible credits are optional additions.
