- The licensee's annual revenue, aggregated with its Affiliates, that decides whether the free Community License still applies.
- Counting rules
- Revenue of You and Your Affiliate(s), either individually or in aggregate, regardless of whether it is generated directly or indirectly from the Stability AI Materials or Derivative Works. An Affiliate is an entity under more than 50% common voting control. Local currency equivalents of USD 1,000,000 apply.
- Floors / minimums
- Above USD 1,000,000 in annual revenue the Community License terminates and a separate licence must be requested; commercial users below it must register.
