- EULA: a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited and revocable licence to use the Sketch Mac App under a License Key. Use is limited to one computer unless a volume licence was bought, in which case the number of computers must not exceed the number of licences purchased.

- Count registered devices against seats in the License Manager. Renewing with fewer seats removes access from devices that are not renewed. Seats added mid-term are charged for the time remaining.
