- A quantity of Flex Credits is included with certain Salesforce Services, with the specific entitlement indicated on the Usage Details table on the Order Form for such Services. Flex Credits must be used before the Order End Date set forth in the Usage Details table on the Order Form, and no rollover will be permitted. Customer consumes Flex Credits at the applicable multiplier rate based on the Usage Type identified below.

- Customer consumes Flex Credits at the applicable multiplier rate based on the Usage Type identified on the rate card. Selected Production multipliers as of June 17, 2026: Agentforce Standard Action 20; Custom Action 20; Standard Voice Action 30; Custom Voice Action 30; Help Agent Resolutions 400; Speech to Text 150 per hour; Text to Speech 6,000 per 1M characters; Translation 4,000 per 1M characters. Prompt multipliers (Agentforce 1 Edition / products that no longer use Einstein Requests): BYO LLM Starter Prompts 2; Basic 2; Standard 4; Advanced 16. Data 360 usage types are per 1M rows / per MB with monthly volume tiers. Tier multipliers are based on the individual usage type and reset on the first day of each calendar month. Flex Credits must be used before the Order End Date set forth in the Usage Details table on the Order Form; no rollover will be permitted. The usage types are converted into Flex Credits by using a unit price or multiplier defined in the Agentforce Rate Card (Help).
