- Definition
- LockDown Browser agreement section 11: the annual fees are based on the student Full-Time Equivalency (FTE) at the Institution, as reported by IPEDS. The pricing pages for LockDown Browser, Respondus 4 and StudyMate Campus place higher-education institutions in a tier by total Student FTE.
- Counting rules
- The institution reports its Student FTE from IPEDS on the ordering form and receives the tier that contains it. The licence then covers unlimited use by the institution's Affiliates; use is not counted per instructor, per exam or per course.
- Floors / minimums
- Lowest tier is 1 to 2,000 students for LockDown Browser and StudyMate Campus and under 2,500 for Respondus 4. Over 40,000 students is quoted individually.
