- Schedule 2: Licensed Platform or Designated Equipment means a specific part of the customer system on which the Licensed Products are to be installed. MIMIX terms define Designated Equipment by hardware, processor limits, serial number, model number, location, operating system, database or application software in the Order.

- If the Order designates a Licensed Platform the software may be used only on it. MIMIX software may temporarily run on other hardware for up to ninety days if the Designated Equipment is inoperable or for disaster recovery testing.
