- Product Terms 3(a): Transactions include any identity-related operation related to the applicable Product, such as ID verification, sign-up, sign-in, authentication, token refresh or password change.
- Counting rules
- Renewable Transactions are a maximum per Subscription Term; Non-Recurring Transactions raise the maximum only for the Subscription Year of purchase. Unused Transactions expire at the end of the Subscription Year without refund.
- Floors / minimums
- A partial first Subscription Year is pro-rated and placed at the start of the Service Term.
