- Counting rules
- Active means the identity is processed at least once by the product during the month, such as sign-on, token issuance, token validation or password change. Not applicable to PingOne Privilege or Enterprise Personal Agent Access.

- Same soft and hard stored-identity limits as AAU (12 times licensed MAU, plus 10 percent, maximum 100M).
