From there, data automatically flows to every relevant tool in our single software." The employee record in the single database is the unit every tool reads. Paycom publishes no per-employee price or licence metric.

- Paycom does not publish how employees are counted for fees. The client agreement (not public) governs any per-employee or per-pay-period charge. Employees, managers and HR users sign in to the same software with one login ("one login and password").
