- PSRG: "Okta Customer Identity subscriptions are purchased on a Monthly Active User per Year (MAU per Year) basis." A Monthly Active User is calculated when a User authenticates with or is authorized by the Service; repeat authentications by the same User in one subscription month count once.
- Counting rules
- MAU per Year is the sum of the MAUs for each subscription month of the subscription year on the Order Form. A User active once in the year counts as 1; a User active in every month (or every day) counts as 12. Add-on Customer Identity SKUs are measured in MAU per Year by their own activation events (for example MFA enrolment, inbound federation events).

- Okta Customer Identity requires the Enterprise base product (pricing page: from USD 3,000 per month, billed annually); add-on MAU per Year quantities may never exceed the Enterprise base quantity.
