- PSRG: services, applications or accounts that ISPM is integrated with or connected to (each an "ISPM Integration"), counted by a vendor-terminology table (for example 1 Okta Org = 1 ISPM Integration; an AWS Organization, Azure tenant or GitHub account = 1).
- Counting rules
- ISPM user activation is counted by User IDs in the customer's identity provider(s); when integrated with Okta, each User in an Active Status activates an ISPM subscription. The full SKU allows up to 50 ISPM Integrations; limited SKUs allow 2 or 5.

- 2-integration SKU only within Workforce Identity Suites (one Okta Org plus one of AWS, Azure Active Directory or Salesforce).
