- Auth0 PSRG: the number of M2M tokens on an Order Form "is the total permitted amount of access tokens that Customer may generate for use cases that do not involve human end-user interaction with the Auth0 Platform or that use the OAuth client credentials grant type, during one calendar month".

- An authentication event occurs on issuance of an access token in response to an authentication request by an application. The Machine to Machine Auth usage report counts Client Credentials access tokens per calendar month, excluding tokens issued for the Auth0 Management API.
