- Professional License Agreement s.1.4: with a serial number beginning with "G" the software may be installed on any or all computers at the site named on the sales order and operated by no more than the number of concurrent users authorised on the site licence. A site is "a group of computers used by the single company or organization listed on the sales order."

- Concurrent use is enforced by the Vectorworks Site Protection Server (Reprise License Manager), which approves client start-up, manages the licence pool and optional borrowing and logs usage. Subscription seats can be added to an existing network licence in the Customer Portal.
