- MoodleCloud plans overview: "The user quota on your plan is the maximum number of users that can have an active account and access your site at any given time ( suspended users don’t count towards your user limit )." A user is "anyone who can log in to your site with a user account, e.g. students, administrators, teachers and managers."
- Counting rules
- Every account that can log in counts, whatever its role. Suspended users do not count; their accounts and data remain on the site. The quota applies to the site at any given time, not to cumulative sign-ups.
- Floors / minimums
- Plan quotas are 50, 100, 200, 500 and 750 users (Starter, Mini, Small, Medium, Standard).
