- Master Service Agreement section 10: "(i) a single identifiable individual with unique login credentials enabling use of or access to Products; (ii) individuals, collectively deemed one Named User, non-concurrently using a generic login credential enabling use of or access to Products; or (iii) a single individual without login credentials who receives Reports directly from the Products."
- Counting rules
- Counted per licence type: Intelligence Server scans the metadata repository daily for the number of users with each privilege and classifies each user by the licences those privileges need. A user needs at least one privilege of a product to count. The default Administrator user and disabled users are not counted. Generic logins used non-concurrently by several people collectively count as one Named User, and a person who only receives Reports counts as one.

- Order form quantities by licence type; only that quantity of Named Users may use the Software in one production environment and up to two non-production environments.
