- Terms of Service s4.1: "User subscriptions are for named individuals and cannot be shared or used by more than one individual at a time". On a Team or Enterprise account a user needs a Lucidchart licence to create or edit Lucidchart documents.

- One licence per named user per product. Licences may be reassigned to a new User who replaces an individual who no longer uses the Subscription Service. A user with a Lucidspark-only licence cannot edit or create Lucidchart documents (Multi-product licensing for Team accounts).
