- Counting rules
- Billable identities are unique accounts assigned to a real person with a standard human-facing licence in an onboarded Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environment. Unlicensed shared mailboxes, room or resource mailboxes, unlicensed admin accounts, device licences and specific EDU licences are not billed; disabled or suspended users with a valid licence are billed; one person mapped in both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace to the same Huntress organisation is billed once.
