- Under the Full and Time & Expense option, Deltek provides at no cost additional Time & Expense licences equal to the number of Full licences purchased (450 Time & Expense plus 50 Full gives 500 Time & Expense licences available). Unused Full licences are applied automatically to additional Time & Expense-only users.
