Definition
The licensing metric of Certificate Manager - SaaS. An SCI represents a certificate that is actively managed by the service. A certificate counts if it is assigned to an application, was requested, renewed or installed using the service, is monitored through inventory monitoring settings, or is installed at an active installation location.
Counting rules
A certificate installed in several locations counts once per installation location. Retired certificates, old certificates no longer installed or monitored, certificates only detected at TLS server endpoints and certificates issued by Workload Identity Manager do not count. Usage is calculated once daily at a fixed UTC time.
Floors / minimums
Entitled SCIs are stated in the tenant entitlement; the total certificates in inventory do not affect usage.
