- In the self-hosted Trust Protection Platform, unassigned certificates are unlicensed certificates that do not allow network validation, expiration monitoring, enrollment, provisioning or onboard validation. The Licensing Report counts all managed certificates and their associated applications, plus managed SSH and symmetric keys.
