- Definition
- Floating Network License. The number of individuals who may use the Programs at the same time equals the number of concurrent users for which FNL licences were purchased (SLA section 2(h)(iii)). The licence manager counts checked-out features.
- Counting rules
- Counted by the FlexNet licence manager at the moment of use, per licensed product. Installations on any number of machines within the Territory are allowed if controlled by the licence manager. A concurrent user may run any number of simultaneous sessions on a local computer. Client-server, cluster and batch use are included in the FNL, with CLIENTSERVER, CLUSTERNODE and BATCH features.
