- Software License Agreement: CircleCI grants a licence to allow the number of Users provided under the licence to use the software. Each User has a unique user account (a Sign-on) managed by the customer.
- Counting rules
- Multiple Users may not share a Sign-on. A Sign-on can be reassigned to a new User, after which the former User's account must be blocked. Suspended and never-logged-in accounts do not count against the seat quota.
- Floors / minimums
- The Server Plan is the minimum indivisible cohort of licences and Support described on the Order. The pricing page says 30 user seats are included.
