- Definition
- An active user is any user (registered or unregistered) who triggers the use of compute resources on non-OSS projects during a billing period.
- Counting rules
- Counted per billing period from triggers: commits that start builds (including PR merge commits), job reruns including SSH debug, approving on-hold jobs (the approver becomes actor of downstream jobs), scheduled workflows and machine users. Users on open source projects are not counted.
- Floors / minimums
- Free and Performance include five active users; each additional active user costs 25,000 credits per month on Performance. Scale: 40,000 credits per user per month on the price list, custom seat counts by agreement.
