- Counting rules
- Only mailboxes with the primary flag set and an Active Directory object class of user (or NULL) are chargeable; shared mailboxes, distribution lists and resources are excluded. The active-mailbox calculation applies to monthly (MSP) billing; for annual or multi-annual billing, usage equals the number of mailboxes sold. Disabled mailboxes left in scan scope may still be billed.
