- Partner End User License Agreement section 8(b): End User may add Users, components (modules, cells and sites) and databases ("Additional License Types") provided Licensor and VAR have executed a written amendment.
- Counting rules
- Added Additional License Types are coterminous with the existing Subscription Term, and those added in the middle of a billing month are charged in full for that month. End User has access only once the VAR has paid for the increase.

- Reductions only at the end of each Subscription Term by executed amendment between Licensor and VAR.
