- Appian Trial Edition Terms & Conditions: "“User” means You, if You are an individual, or Your employees, contractors or subcontractors, if You are a corporate entity, all to the extent having a user account in the Services allowing him/her to authenticate into the Services."
- Counting rules
- In the trial agreement a User is anyone with an account that can authenticate. Accounts may not be shared. The Community Edition grants up to 15 Users.
- Floors / minimums
- Trial: a reasonable number of Users and only the accounts needed for evaluation. Community Edition: up to 15 Users.
