- Licence type required for roles that can create or edit catalog content: Server Admin, Catalog Admin, Data Source Admin, Steward and Composer.
- Counting rules
- A seat is consumed when a user is assigned one of the listed roles; changing the role releases the old seat and consumes the seat of the new role. Suspending a user frees the seat. The Licenses page shows purchased, used and available Creator seats, and a breakdown by role.

- Seat counts are set by the licence or Order; the licence may include grace seats beyond the purchased number.
