- Definition
- Licensing Guide (April 2026): "The Monthly Commercial Transaction Volume is equal to the single highest volume of transactions for any of the following eight (8) transaction types: sales orders (of any order type); shipments; AR invoices; customer payments; purchase orders; purchase receipts; AP bills; and AP payments."
- Counting rules
- The count is the highest single transaction type in the month, not the sum. The worked example in the guide has 800 AR invoices, 700 customer payments, 400 AP invoices, 200 vendor payments and 500 sales orders, so the monthly CTV is 800 and Tier S1 applies.
- Floors / minimums
- The Transaction Tier selected must accommodate the maximum monthly CTV (Tier S1 allows 1K).
