- "The term of each Order Form shall automatically renew for successive terms equal in duration to the initial subscription term unless either party notifies the other party in writing, and, at least sixty (60) calendar days before the expiration of the then-current subscription term, that such party does not wish to renew the Services for an additional subscription term."
