- "Syspro may increase the annual Fees during any Contract Period (including the Initial Contract Period) in the event that and taking into account, but not limited to: 4.6.1 the prevailing inflation rate over the then current Term; and/or 4.6.2 the number of Deliverables purchased; and/or 4.6.3 Syspro’s prevailing price list; and/or 4.6.4 infrastructure usage patterns; and/or 4.6.5 in respect of any third party service providers, the third party increases their fees; 4.6.6 the Customer requires an upgrade and/or increase in the Deliverables."
