- "thereafter the Solutions subscription shall renew for additional successive periods identical in length to the Initial Subscription Term or the term stated in the most recent Purchase Order (“Renewal Subscription Term” and collectively, “Subscription Term”), unless either Party notifies the other in writing no less than thirty (30) days prior to the close of the then-current Initial or Renewal Subscription Term of its intention not to renew."
