- "Pricing for any renewal term will be the same as Charged Price stated on the invoice issued 90 days before Your renewal date, plus an increase up to: a) five percent (5%) plus any increase in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) published by the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics during the immediately prior year; and b) the incremental value of additional features and functionality that have been added to Your Products and Services during the term, in N-able’s sole discretion."
