- “Neither party may assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other party, except that either party may assign this Agreement upon notice in connection with a merger, reorganization, acquisition or other transfer of all or substantially all its assets or voting securities, provided that Collibra may refuse any assignment to an entity organized under the laws of a jurisdiction where Collibra does not conduct business at the time of such notice.”
