- "If Camunda does not receive a usage report under this Section or reasonably believes a report is materially inaccurate, Camunda may, no more than once per calendar year and upon reasonable notice, audit Customer's records to verify compliance with the Permitted Usage. This right survives for one (1) year after termination or expiration of the Subscription. Audits will take place during normal Business Hours at Customer's cost. Customer will pay any underpayment within thirty (30) days of notice."
